Refund Policy

We have a solution for the business members. We offer a free home return service to our member customers. You don’t need to take the returned item to the store in person or pay additional shipping fees. Just contact one of our customer service representatives, and we’ll arrange for a pick-up to complete the return.

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we will give you a full refund or replacement within the applicable time frames detailed below, and subject to the following "Product Return Conditions":

Product Return Conditions:
All product returns must be unopened and within their applicable return period. Products must include original undamaged packaging, parts, manuals. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Damaged or defective products, short shipments, or miss-filled orders may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive.

Defective or incorrectly sent products can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unopened and unused office products, ink, and toner can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. For health and safety reasons, food items and cleaning chemicals are non-returnable, except if they are defective or sent incorrectly
